As a Back Office Support, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Validate the extraction of Hubtek's cognitive models to ensure 100% efficiency for our end customers.
- Provide support in the training of bots for different clients in the United States.
- Report bot's failures in the system and communicate them to the developers.
- Separate the documents that are uploaded to the bot and extract the information that is in each document depending on the configuration of each client.
- Guarantee agility in typing the necessary information.
**Requirements**:
- Language: English proficiency b2 in reading and writing. Fluent conversational skills are not required for this vacancy.
- At least six months or one year of experience in administration, back-office agent or related fields.
- knowledge in commands and being a techie person would be highly desirable.
Perks:
- The schedule would be from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4 pm (We work by the American calendar).
