We’re hiring a **Medical Back Office Assistant** to support our healthcare operations
This role is key to keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. The person in this position will handle administrative tasks such as data entry, medical documentation review, records organization, and patient coordination — all while working closely with our medical support team.

- **Responsibilities**:_
Manage and organize medical records and reports
Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination between teams
Ensure accurate data entry and documentation in internal systems
Support communication between patients and providers when needed
- **Requirements**:_
Previous experience in a back office, administrative, or healthcare support role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
English level B2 or higher (written and spoken)
Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented
