As a **Back Office Support**, you will aim to support the administrative tasks related to our client's operational processes.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Collect, review and audit all paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all paperwork is correctly indexed in the system.
- Confirm that all changes are accurately entered into the system.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Education**: High School Degree is **required**. Desirable (but not required) studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, Logistics, Accounting, Finance, or administrative related. Other studies are also considered.
- **Experience**:At least **6 months of experience** with administrative tasks, data entry, back office, or any related field is preferred. Experience in logistics is also beneficial, and other experiences could also be considered.
- **Language**: Good English skills. B2 or higher level is preferred.

**Perks**:

- **Schedule**:Sunday to Thursday **8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., **following the American Calendar. During the first weeks (training period), the schedule will be Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Location**:Only for **Medellín**. This position will be **on-site **at **WeWork Santa Fe**.
- **Salary**: $ 2'600.000 COP + Transportation Allowance ($ 162.000 COP).
