Reconocido Hotel ubicado en Cartagena, esta en búsqueda de **Guest Service Agent**, con experiência de un año preferiblemente en el sector hotelero, con las habilidades como:

Adicionalmente disfrutar del contacto con los clientes. Tener una voz clara y amable, ser servicial y profesional, Ser capaz de hacer las preguntas adecuadas para atender mejor las necesidades del cliente.

Este debe ser Técnico o Tecnólogo en carreras administrativas, hoteleras o afines, con algunas tareas especificas como:

- Informar a los huéspedes acerca de los distintos servicios e instalaciones con las que cuenta el hotel, al igual que los horarios de los restaurantes y bares, servicios incluidos en el paquete de vacaciones reservado y los no incluidos.
- Dar promociones del hotel y atractivos turísticos a cada cliente.
- Conocer los distintos traslados seguros y regulados que el huésped puede tomar; transfer, taxi, transporte público, entre otros.
- Reportar al jefe de servicio al cliente los incidentes diarios y comentarios relevantes para mejorar el servicio en el futuro.
- Resolver los problemas y manejar las quejas de cada huésped.
- Brindar soporte técnico a los demás departamentos, en caso de ser necesario.
- Lograr las satisfacción de cada cliente hospedado en el hotel.
- Mostrar un alto nível de profesionalismo, entusiasmo y conocimiento al desempeñar sus funciones.
- Aumentar los ingresos del hotel, utilizando técnicas de venta para promocionar los servicios adicionales del hotel.
- Contestar los correos electrónicos y reviews (reseñas) de los huéspedes.
- Entregar encuestas de satisfacción de clientes a cada huésped.

El horario ofrecido es:
1. De lunes a Sábados 47 horas semanales
2. Se ofrece contrato a termino indefinido con dos meses de periodo de prueba
3. Salario a convenir
