*Acerca Del Rol:*
El mesero de room service se encarga de ofrecer servicio de calidad excepcional a los huéspedes en el servicio a la habitación. En este rol, se le asignará la tarea de proporcionar una experiencia inolvidable, siendo un experto en las opciones del menú. Este rol forma parte del departamento Alimentos y bebidas.

*Lo Que Vas a Hacer:*

  • Brindar una experiencia gastronómica agradable a través de la excelencia de alta calidad, profesionalismo y amabilidad.
  • Anticipar las necesidades y satisfacción de los huéspedes; ofrecer sugerencias y responder de manera urgente y adecuada a sus preocupaciones y solicitudes.
  • Conocer el menú de alimentos y bebidas a cabalidad para brindar recomendaciones.
  • Apoyar al departamento de alimentos y bebidas de acuerdo a la necesidad de la operación.

*Lo Que Vas a Hacer:*

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia como mesero de servicio a la habitación (room service) en hoteles, deseable en hoteles de lujo.
  • Inglés avanzado
  • Conocimientos en:
  • Protocolos de servicio a la habitación
  • Cocimiento en manipulación de alimentos - Cocimiento y manejo de PMS o POS
