**About The Role**
The HR Intern or Apprentice will be responsible for supporting and assisting the local HR team in the overall development of wellness, induction, training, HR Internal Communications, Reporting, Event Logistics, among others.

El/la pasante o aprendiz de Recursos Humanos será responsable de apoyar y asistir al equipo local de Recursos Humanos en el desarrollo general de iniciativas relacionadas con bienestar, inducción, capacitación, comunicaciones internas de Recursos Humanos, reportes, logística de eventos, entre otros.
**Qualifications**:
**What is your profile?**
- Ongoing studies on: Psychology, Human resources, industrial engineer, Business Administration, or related careers with Administrative areas.
- English level: Intermediate, 50% (Desired).
- DISPONIBILIDAD DE HORARIO DE 8:00AM A 5:00PM
- Excellent Communication and people skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Detail Oriented.
- Motivated and passionate about Human Resources.
- Excellent customer Service skills.
**What you will be doing**
- Design internal communications from HR
- Support on wellness activities logistics.
- Support administrative procedures for employee benefits
- Support employee and area files & documentation
- Support recruitment
- Support the area in different KPIS indicators required for Operational risks
**Requisitos**:
- Estudios en curso en Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines a áreas administrativas.
- Nível de inglés intermedio (50%) (deseable).
- ** Disponibilidad de horario de 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.**:
- Dominio de aplicaciones de oficina, incluyendo Microsoft Excel, Word y PowerPoint (nível básico a intermedio).
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trato interpersonal.
- Capacidad para organizar y priorizar tareas.
- Atención a los detalles.
- Motivación y pasión por Recursos Humanos.
- Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Diseñar comunicaciones internas para el área de Recursos Humanos.
- Apoyar en la logística de actividades de bienestar.
- Brindar soporte en procedimientos administrativos relacionados con beneficios para empleados.
- Gestionar archivos y documentación del personal y del área.
- Apoyar en procesos de reclutamiento.
- Contribuir a la gestión de indicadores clave (KPIs) relacionados con riesgos operativos.
