Join our team as a **Desktop Support Technician** and support enterprise IT operations with hands-on troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues. This is a great opportunity to develop your IT career in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Provide Smart Hands support for networking hardware.
- Assist with Windows OS support, software installations, and security updates.
- Manage basic Active Directory tasks (password resets, account unlocks).
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).

**What You Need**
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in IT support.
- **Technical Skills**: Windows OS, networking basics, and Active Directory.
- **Certifications**: CompTIA A+ (or willingness to obtain), ITIL knowledge is a plus.
- **Languages**: English (Basic - intermediate level) + Spanish language proficiency.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
