Talent Acquisition Partner – IT Technical Recruitment Job Type & Location: Onsite | Bogota, Colombia Responsibilities Provide IT infrastructure field support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues without impacting hardware warranty or customer security compliance. Install, technical troubleshoot and fix desktops, printers, laptops and other computer peripherals hardware problems as well as desktop applications. Perform smart hand support for peripheral and networking hardware (monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, fax machines, scanners, routers, switches, firewalls, racks, cabinets, multi‑port data termination panels). Smart‑hands capability. Use TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN and RDP for support and end‑user network cabling troubleshooting. Develop preventive actions and issue repeat call analysis; participate in Problem Management. Communicate effectively with clients and management; work under tight deadlines and take proactive ownership. Qualifications 3–5 years of strong experience in IT infrastructure support; basic knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups. Experience with Windows O/S, MAC/Linux OS administration (preferred). Associate Degree in Electronics or CompTIA A+ Certification (preferred); other vendor certifications from OEMs (Dell, Toshiba, Lenovo, Client) a plus. Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy. Good written and oral communication; able to interact with customers at different levels. Self‑motivated; able to work independently or as part of a team; flexible work schedules. Must be available to work flexible work schedules.
