**Overview**
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. This is a remote position (within Colombia), where you will be working for our Bogota office. We are looking for a full-time employee. We are a remote-friendly company, meaning you can work from your home at all times in Colombia.
**What the job looks like**
- Reach out to existing SMB prospects in our CRM.
- Generate well qualified leads through cold calling (+60 per day), for our Executive Sales Team.
**What you will bring to our team**
- Advanced English Proficiency Written and Spoken (B2H, C1 or above).
- 1+ years of proven, relevant experience in Customer Service and/or Sales with the U.S. Market.
- Positive and energetic phone skills.
- Strong Work Ethic.
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- An outgoing, self-starter mentality with a desire to win and continually exceed measurable performance-based objectives.
- Professional, determined, and results-oriented.
- Social Media Knowledge.
- Microsoft Office and G-Suite proficiency.
- Home office setup with a strong and stable internet connection, a reliable computer and a headset.
- Work from Home previous experience required.
- Full-time and immediate availability.
- Ability to work remotely Monday thru Friday, during Business Hours.
- Desire to work for a non-traditional company with a great environment.
**Salary**: $2,000,000 - $3,000,000 per month
