Manager, Retail Marketing

We are searching for a highly motivated Manager to lead our retail marketing efforts in the music industry. You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans for our roster of artists across various retail platforms. A passion for music and a strong understanding of the retail landscape, consumer behavior, and trends are essential for this challenging position. Working in a fast-paced industry, you'll have the opportunity to contribute directly to the success of our artists. This role reports to the Head of the Colombia office and is based in Bogotá, Colombia.

**What you'll do**:

- Work directly with your team lead identifying priorities at your account base, developing campaigns, executing strategy, and pitching all priority Orchard releases weekly while tracking success, and creating result-driven campaign recaps combining analytics and marketing.
- Collaborate with labels and internal departments to ensure that all artist/ label plans and assets are fully optimized for sales and marketing opportunities at your account base.
- Participate in calls and meetings with the ability to speak knowledgeably regarding the assigned account base including:

- account pitch meetings and sales team calls to help strategize and execute on release plans
- internal and external label calls and presentations on behalf of your account base
- Drive new business initiatives within your account base to maximize artist exposure including content/ editorial, marketing, sponsorship, reporting, and day to day initiatives.
- Develop strong relationships across your account base to help maximize opportunities for The Orchard's artists and labels.
- Share best practices and developments with internal and external teams and keep relevant resource documents up to date for your assigned account base.
- Regularly attend shows and develop/ maintain social relationships with your account base.

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail marketing in the music industry
- Strong understanding of retail sales channels and strategies for driving sales
- Experience negotiating with retail partners
- Knowledge of data analysis and ability to use insights to inform marketing strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Looker, and Gsuite and other relevant software programs
- Fluent in English and Spanish
