Associate Marketing Manager

**Location Details**:
At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-events or offsites. This is a hybrid position. You’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office, so you should live within commuting distance. Hybrid teams may work in-office as much as a few times a week or as little as once a month or quarter, as decided by leadership. We are looking for an Associate Marketing and Social Media Manager who will be responsible for everything from the ideation to the execution, deployment, and analysis of B2C marketing and communication strategies in Colombia, both online and offline. You will be working as part of a global marketing team and will have others to collaborate with to help define and refine effective strategies.

**What you'll get to do...**
- **Marketing Management**:This position will primarily work with the Senior Director
- Marketing to help define and directly execute the Marketing and Social Media Plan for growing the.CO domain in Colombia and Globally. This will include, among other things:

- Planning and executing social media strategies and paid media campaigns
- Providing strategy recommendations and overseeing activation and performance for local digital advertising initiatives
- Regularly reporting and analyzing results for marketing campaign optimization
- Identifying new events, partnerships, sponsorships and other opportunities to support brand awareness and growth goals
- Translating Global marketing copy for the Colombian market
- Working closely with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all programs globally and other activities to deliver on the approved Marketing Strategy.
- **Communications Management**:Working with General Manager, Global Marketing Team and PR Agency to help define and execute effective communication strategies for Colombia - including review, scheduling and posting of press releases, organizing media interviews with PR Agency; developing and managing content for our website com.co including: blog posts, finding and engaging with.CO customers and creating customer case studies, videos, and promotions.

**Support GM with Government Relations**: Support in country GM with government relations activities including Monthly and Quarterly Marketing Reports to Ministry of Information Technology and Communications.
- **Event Management**:Manage all elements of the.CO presence at local events for startups and small businesses. You will be present at all local events representing the company, and will also manage all aspects of our presence, including but not limited to:

- Booth/Signage design (with design team support)
- Pre-event marketing strategy - including blog posts, social media, and more
- Budget management and reconciliation
- Identifying and negotiating high impact event sponsorships
- **Partner Program Management and Execution**:Execute tactical elements of our partnership activations with local partners - such as ImpactoTic, Innpulsa, Hubbog, Startup Weekend Colombia, Wayra, APPS.co, and more - in support of entrepreneurs in Colombia. In addition to overseeing the management and execution of current partnerships, you will be responsible for sourcing and executing new strategic partnerships to support small businesses and startups to build and grow their online business.

**Your experience should include...**
- Full-time position in Bogota
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or Social Media Management - either at a company in-house, or at an agency
- Must be a great writer and communicator
- Can work well in a team - teamwork is essential for this role
- Incredibly organized
- Must be proactive
- Must be inspired by startups, entrepreneurship and helping others to succeed
- Must be comfortable representing the company at industry events
- Prior experience and good knowledge of technical SEO and SEM techniques
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to translate between the two
