Debe sentirse cómodo manejando múltiples proyectos en un entorno acelerado y tener experiência trabajando con varias partes interesadas, incluidos socios, proveedores y otros miembros del equipo.

Habilidad para colabore con equipos multifuncionales y asegúrese de que todo el contenido esté alineado con los objetivos de la empresa serán fundamentales para su éxito en este puesto.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Ayudar a desarrollar y ejecutar una estrategia de marketing de consumo
- Trabaje dentro de un sistema y equipo para entregar piezas de marketing de alta calidad a los clientes en un de manera oportuna
- Establecimiento de objetivos SMART para el departamento de marketing de consumo
- Supervisar y colaborar con el equipo ejecutivo en todas las estrategias de campaña.
- Preparación de informes para el director general y las partes interesadas
- Analizar las estrategias existentes de generación y nutrición de prospectos y sugerir mejoras al Director de Marketing.
- Reúnase regularmente con Customer Success para comprender los plazos y prioridades vitales.
- Liderar un equipo de marketing capaz y delegar tareas de manera justa.
- Realización de estudios de mercado e implementación de nuevas estrategias basadas en los hallazgos.
- Supervisar las tendencias de la industria y programar reuniones para compartir nueva información con el equipo.
- Supervisar de cerca los éxitos y fracasos de los competidores y aprender de ellos.
- Mantener una sólida práctica de organización de activos.
- Supervisar eventos y lanzamientos de marketing y utilizar estos espacios para establecer contactos con profesionales de la industria.

**Requisitos**:

- Ingles Avanzado Conversacional y escrito B2+
- Experiência laboral comprobada como gerente de marketing
- Experiência demostrable en el diseño e implementación de campañas de marketing exitosas
- Gran atención a los detalles y la organización de los activos
- Sólidos conocimientos de SEO, analítica web y Google Adwords
- Experiência con software CRM y herramientas y técnicas de marketing digital
- Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
- Sólidas habilidades analíticas y de gestión de proyectos
- Mentalidad estratégica, con capacidad para tomar decisiones difíciles

**Salary**: $4,000,000 per month
