As a Marketing Manager, you will provide strategic and practical advice to optimize our company’s marketing efforts to ensure that our marketing operations outperforms our competition.

You will develop marketing strategies, generate new business leads, and oversee all activities related to marketing.

You are required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner:

- Maintain, manage and execute our current content marketing marketing strategy on the following platforms; YouTube Videos, Instagram Marketing, Facebook Organic Posting & Outreach.
- Generate new business leads.
- Study company profile and operations to understand its marketing needs, and adapt accordingly.
- Develop and implement an outbound marketing strategy with the CEO. This includes prospect marketing on LinkedIn, Instagram as well as establishing a multi-touch social selling system.
- Prepare and update marketing reports to track KPIs and analyze results.

This is a remote position - so you will work from home

**Requirements**:

- At least two (2) years' experience as a marketing manager.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Be able to work between 9am - 5pm EST.

**Salary**: $4,732,000 - $7,098,000 per month
