**Marketing Manager**

**South LATAM**

**Your Day-to-day**
- Manage a team of talented marketers based in Chile and Argentina, providing constructive direction and encouraging grow and professional development
- Own South LATAM Marketing Plan process: from ideation to execution, including Online and Offline initiatives.
- Responsible for South LATAM Territory Marketing Budget.
- Ensure achievement of South LATAM goals, in close collaboration with key regional counterparts (Paid Media, Digital, Loyalty, PR, Sales and General Manager).
- Fully understanding of territory landscape and nuances of each market, including: target audiences, competitors, key organizations/influencers, local media, etc.
- Act as key POC to cultivate relationships with local stakeholders inclusive of GM, Area Directors, Sales Managers, and Inside Sales Team.
- Collaborate in all aspects of regional/local campaigns development. Including co-planning/integrated briefings with cross-functional teams: Regional Marketing, Sales and General Manger..- Manage prioritization and execution of building and product photography, member stories and locally relevant content creation.
- Approach all work through a strategic lens, advocating for efficiency and business results
- Tackle complex business problems with clear, distinctive creative solutions
- Build a network of partners and agencies

**Job Requirements**
- 8+ years experience in marketing (offline and online), brand, communications or a related field. (Bonus points for experience in a high-growth company and/or B2B industry)
- 3+ years in a management role
- Clear and effective written and verbal communicator, expert at presenting to executive stakeholders
- Experience partnering with sales teams to develop highly targeted, differentiated sales campaigns
- Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns;
- Track record of driving business results through brilliant marketing;
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills;
- Strong time management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excels under pressure and can maintain a calm demeanor at all times
- Demonstrated ability to weigh business goals alongside marketing goals
- Strong track record in thriving in a hyper-growth environment;
- Tech-savvy and up-to-date on all marketing tools, platforms and resources;
- Experience in real estate or technology preferred but not essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
