**Responsabilidades**:

- Identificar y generar leads cualificados a través de diferentes canales como llamadas en frío, correos electrónicos, redes sociales, eventos y referencias.
- Calificar los leads generados mediante un proceso estructurado, asegurando que solo las oportunidades con alto potencial sean traspasadas al equipo de ventas.
- Analizar las tendencias del mercado y el comportamiento de la competencia para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
- Trabajar en conjunto con los equipos de ventas y marketing para asegurar que las estrategias de generación de leads estén alineadas con las metas comerciales de la empresa.
- Gestionar y mantener actualizado el sistema CRM con información relevante sobre los leads y las actividades de seguimiento.
- Elaborar informes periódicos sobre el rendimiento de las campañas de generación de leads y su impacto en las oportunidades de negocio.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência mínima de 3 años en generación de leads o desarrollo de negocios, preferiblemente en el sector [especificar sector].
- Conocimiento en herramientas de CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) y plataformas de automatización de marketing.
- Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y negociación.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo, con enfoque en resultados.
- Capacidad de organización y manejo del tiempo para gestionar múltiples leads simultáneamente.
- Proactividad y disposición para aprender y adaptarse rápidamente a cambios en el mercado.
