We’re hiring appointment setters to help financial advisors schedule meetings with California's retirement systems participants. No selling — your only job is to book the appointment.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Make quick 3-minute calls to set up meetings.
- Work flexible hours — mornings, lunch, or afternoons.

**Compensation**:

- 65,000 COP per appointment that shows up.
- Paid every Friday.
- Average earnings: 1,300,000-5,500,000 COP per week based on performance.

**Requirements**:

- Strong English (spoken and written).
- Friendly, clear communication.
- Sense of urgency and strong follow-up skills.
- Appointment setting experience is a plus (not required).
- **Must submit an audio recording**: Briefly introduce yourself, share your most recent work experience, and describe any experience you have setting appointments over the phone.

**Growth Opportunity**:

- Top performers may be offered a full-time contract with salary, bonuses, and benefits after 3 months.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Commission

Expected hours: 20 - 48 per week
