Appointment Setter (Remote · English C2/Native)

We're looking for an Appointment Setter with
native-level / C2 English
and a neutral accent to support outbound lead generation for a U.S.-based SaaS company in the commercial real estate space.

Your goal is simple: engage prospects, qualify interest, and book meetings for the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Contact prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn (mix of warm and cold outreach).
  • Qualify leads to ensure they fit the target profile.
  • Book and confirm meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Maintain consistent CRM updates and organized activity tracking.
  • Follow existing scripts and outreach sequences, while offering suggestions for improvement.

Requirements

  • English C2 or native level, with a neutral accent.
  • Prior experience as an Appointment Setter, SDR, or in B2B outbound sales.
  • Background in SaaS, tech, or real estate is a strong plus.
  • Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with U.S. prospects.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Compensation

  • Competitive monthly pay in USD.
  • Performance-based commissions available.
