We are seeking a motivated and reliable **Bilingual Appointment Setter** to join our growing team. This remote position requires excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with potential clients. As an appointment setter, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings, maintaining follow-ups, and ensuring a positive experience for all leads.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospects to schedule appointments.
- Manage inbound inquiries and respond professionally in both Spanish and English.
- Update and maintain the CRM with accurate lead and appointment details.
- Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments and answer any questions.
- Coordinate with sales or service teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
- Meet daily and weekly call quotas and scheduling targets.

**Requirements**:

- **Bilingual**: Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for making calls.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., KnockCRM, Asana) is a plus.

**Pay Range**:

- **Hourly**: 10,000 - 20,000 COP/hour (~$2.50 - $5.00 USD/hour), based on experience.
- **Monthly**: 1,600,000 - 3,200,000 COP/month (~$400 - $800 USD/month).
