**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded regarding product onboarding (Implementation), training, and product support prior to
- Sustain a positive team environment and display high levels of motivation.
- Actively ensure continuous improvement in the team by gathering proper feedback, helping standardize the Onboarding process across department employees, as well as providing recommendations on procedure enhancements when identified.
- Promote effective communication throughout all levels of the Operations Team function and escalate any red flag to the Onboarding Lead for proper management.
- Verify and improve the quality of products by accurately reporting bugs and providing quality assurance support.
- Understand the language/terms/jargon in your area of expertise. Not only answer how things are done but why.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Studies**: A high school degree is **required**. Desirable studies (but not required) in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any other logistics-related degree.
- **Language**: Advanced English skills. B2+ or higher is required.

**Perks**:

- **Schedule**:Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., following the US calendar.
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract.
- **Location**:Only for Colombia, this position is 100% Remote.
- **Salary**: $ 4.635.750 COP. After six months, $5.184.900 COP
