We have an exciting new role in the Risk sector of Santander.

Your role will be to support the development of and contribute to the design, implementation and embedding of the Tooling and Data strategy across CRCO and the generation of MI Reporting to provide key insight to support strategic decision making around the Banks Operational Resilience capability.

This role will support the delivery of value-add Tooling solutions to the wider CRCO Team, including assisting in the demand pipeline and delivery by strategic 3rd parties and in-house delivery teams of changes required for the CRCO tooling and other tooling outside of CRCO to enable CRCO processes and procedures including those operated by other areas of the Bank.

**The difference you’ll make.**
- Executing control checks to ensure that the integrity of reporting produced; and support operation of and embedding of the broader CRCO Framework.
- Supporting in Identifying and maintaining key data elements (KDEs) for CRCO Data Domain implementing Data Hierarchy, Lineage, Traceability, Standards and Data Controls across the CRCO Data Domain
- Organising the management and administration of the CRCO central data repository and undertaking DBA activities in line with internal policy and standards.
- Contributing to the delivery of CRCO data delivery goals, Committee submissions and regulatory responses.
- Identifying gaps and issues with existing data repository, Data Governance documentation and actions improvements. Supports the Data Owners/Stewards across CRCO.

**What you’ll bring.**
- Previous experience working in a Risk business area
- Strong analytical skills including advance Excel

**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- A good understanding of the business and financial services industry, with knowledge of the commercial environment.
- Ability to organise work stack and meet deadlines.

**What else you need to know.**

This permanent role will be largely home based, with expectations of being in the office to meet business needs.
