**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

This exciting role will support the development and maintenance of a suite of Operational Risk Indicators (ORIs) Key performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for Business and Service Management across CRCO.

Assisting in the production of value-add MI and ORI / KPI / KRI reporting across CRCO and the production of supporting reporting packs (including narrative) for Forums and Risk / Executive Committees on a complete, accurate, and timely basis

**The difference you’ll make.**
- Supporting the delivery of a clear Technology strategic activity plan, ensuring at all times, alignment to 2LOD and 3LOD
- Supporting the development, design, implementation and embedding of the Tooling strategy across Chief Resilience and Control Office, providing key insight to support strategic decision making across CRCO.
- Contributing to the delivery of value add Tooling solutions within the wider CRCO Team, including assisting in the demand pipeline and delivery by strategic 3rd parties and in-house delivery teams.

**What you’ll bring.**
- Demonstrable experience in the administration of tools such as ServiceNow including platform upgrades, penetration testing and user account administration.
- Demonstrable experience of creating and maintaining user operating documentation, procedures and designing and implementing end user feedback mechanisms.

**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships across the business, including with key stakeholders
- Ability to think laterally and understand the impacts of proposed changes, challenging the status quo where appropriate
- Identifies issues and creates solutions to drive continual efficiency; and
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail.

**What else you need to know.**

This is a permanent position and offer Fully Flexible Location Contract. We offer flexible working between home and one of our Head Office Locations.
