Ready to join us? **Key Responsibilities**: **About this opportunity** As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a key role in providing a new customer experience to both General Dentists and Orthodontists through regular touch points focused on increasing Invisalign utilization. You will be a key part of our Customer Success Program, which is a comprehensive, customized program for customers designed to master all aspects of the Invisalign system. This program is designed to build confidence in treating a wide variety of clinical conditions with Invisalign clear aligners. Your work will form an integral part of the end-to-end engagement process of Invisalign Providers, greatly impacting both customer satisfaction and revenue growth. **In this role, you will** - Responsible for assisting Orthodontists and internal clients with inquiries about products, support with the IDS platform, reception and channeling of requests for supplies, treatment status, status of product shipments, channeling requests to the appropriate areas, among other activities Customer service. - Work with the Client Success Team to provide a remarkable level of client services within the program in adherence to established procedures. - Work together with the Success team with the Client for the achievement and maintenance of the established indicators. - Be part of the personalized 360 program to achieve the objectives established together with the clinical and sales departments. - Organize and schedule all client interactions with the Invisalign Clinical Consultant and Territory Manager. - Identify potential cross-selling opportunities and forward them to the appropriate member of the sales team. - Interact with clients and co-workers in a timely, patient, professional, and tactful manner. - Propose ideas for procedures and processes to promote better services and customer satisfaction, as well as general department improvements. **Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**: **In this role, you’ll need** - Minimum of four years of experience in client services, project management or executive assistant role, preferably in the health or technology sector. - It is desirable experience in project management and adherence to established processes, and focus on compliance with KPIs established for the department and for the region. - Organizational skills: Focus on excellence in customer service, problem solving, continuous improvement, prioritization, organization, effective communication, self-learning, work under pressure, analysis, flexibility, teamwork, initiative and a good attitude. - Ability to accompany and follow client requests that require investigation and response to the client in an effective and timely manner. - Intermediate to Advanced English level. **Sound like a good fit?** Great Click the "Apply" link to let us know you are interested.
