**Andean Region Director Responsibilities**:

- Define and drive Facebook sales strategy in the Andean region to develop the overall customer value-proposition in the short, mid and long term
- Act as the local market spokesperson for Meta LATAM
- Own overall business performance and ensure sustained turnarounds of team's operations and results
- Ensure that our clients and partners receive the highest level of customer service that meets their needs, particularly focusing on delivering business results for them and leveraging value-based selling
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with our clients, partners, as well as other media and advertising organizations
- Collaborate with internal, cross market/regional teams to ensure product improvement, transfer knowledge, improving process/client relationship
- Actively participate in the LATAM leadership team and global teams where appropriate, embracing the company mission
- Provide leadership to the regional team by developing a vision and ensuring its execution, while recruiting new members, continually raising the bar for talent and capabilities and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, a business related field or equivalent experience
- 15+ years of experience carrying a revenue or P&L responsibility in a high growth environment
- Country/Regional Director experience either in the Andean Region, Colombia or in a region of similar complexity
- Demonstrated experience in managing regional sales
- Experience leading high performance teams and delivering successful business results
- Experience influencing cross-functional partners and driving alignment that points different areas of the organization towards common goals
- Experience solving complex problems and making decisions that affect large portions of the organization while keeping an open and consistent flow of communications between local, regional and global leadership
- Command of Spanish and English languages

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- MBA
- Broad experience across Latina America
- Professional network with C-level executives across various industries such as FMCG, retail, e-commerce, financial services, auto, travel, entertainment and telecommunications
- Understanding of television, Internet and other media advertising
