Looking for a professional who´s main role is to support the Andean Product team strategy for VAS products with focus on issuing and acquiring platforms and its strategic growth in the Andean countries.

research and development of materials that support different client initiatives business opportunities identification that leverages internal data to create new products or services that will increase revenue knowledge development combining different sources such as Visa data, industry trends, benchmarks and strategies new ideas development based on industry trends and Visa capabilities prepare presentations, monitor key performance indicators for internal and external clients Monitor budget performance for products - Andean region Develop, coordinate and implement the strategic framework for VAS with internal and external clients and areas.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.

5.Knowledge and understanding of banking operations and/ or payment schemes, including products & services, business systems and processes, card acquiring experience desired.

8.Ability to identify key strategic issues and to generate and deliver creative and innovative solutions to problems and opportunities.

9.Self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently

10.Fluent English and Spanish.

Basic Qualifications,
- Bachelor's degree required, ideally in business administration from top tier institution,

Preferred Qualifications,
- 8+ years of relevant experience in financial/banking services/ digital marketing / or fintech ecosystems with special focus in payments
