Currently, we are seeking a **Review and Compliance Analyst** to join our team. Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for:
**Location: Medellin, Colombia.**

**What you will be doing**:- Streamline background checks and reference verifications to accelerate the hiring process while maintaining high standards.- Protect confidential employee information by maintaining secure databases and adhering to strict data privacy regulations.- Identify potential security threats and protect the company's reputation by ensuring only qualified and trustworthy individuals join the team.- Collaborate with legal and talent teams to stay up-to-date on employment regulations and ensure adherence to all legal requirements.-
- Provide accurate and timely data to inform hiring decisions and talent acquisition strategies.- Develop and implement efficient processes to optimize the background check workflow and reduce turnaround times.- Proactively identify and address compliance risks to protect the company's reputation.- Analyze complex data to identify patterns and trends, and make informed decisions based on findings.-
- Stay current on employment laws, industry best practices, and emerging security threats.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:
- Professional in law or similar careers.- 6 months to one year of experience in a compliance, internal audit, or background check-related role in a multinational company, preferably in the technology or services industry.- Demonstrated experience in the consultation and evaluation of judicial and criminal records, with the ability to make recommendations based on risk analysis.-
- Knowledge of data analysis.- Basic office package knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- In-depth knowledge of legal and regulatory standards applicable to the technology industry.-
- Proficiency in the handling of legal and regulatory documentation, especially in the evaluation of judicial and criminal backgrounds- Creative thinking and communication, assertive communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, teamwork, detail-oriented, customer service, time management, and organization.
