IT Security Compliance Analyst **Location**: Remote **Schedule**: Full-time (40 hrs/week) **Contract Type**: Contractor **About the Role** We're hiring an IT Security Compliance Analyst to support enterprise governance, risk, and compliance activities. You'll help run risk and privacy assessments, maintain GRC tooling and reporting, support audits/evidence requests, and contribute to policies and third-party risk reviews—always with an eye on measurable controls, continuous monitoring, and clean documentation. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan and execute security/privacy risk assessments of controls covering authentication, authorization, integrity, availability, assurance, audit, and disposal of information assets; document exposure and compliance levels. - Administer the Security GRC platform: enable continuous monitoring, track control exceptions, report KPIs, and manage audit evidence. - Support third-party risk assessments and recommend/track mitigations to meet business, contractual, and regulatory requirements. - Contribute to security & privacy policies and procedures; maintain the cyber risk registry; perform security reviews of products/solutions in evaluation or design. - Assist with maintaining and continuously improving enterprise security certifications. **Minimum Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred). - 1-3 years' experience partnering with security teams and stakeholders. - 1-3 years' hands-on experience with audit/compliance activities and evidence collection. - and substance-free workplace to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees.** At ttg, **_"We believe in making a difference One Person at a Time,"_** ttg OPT
