At Turia GBS, we are seeking a
Talent Acquisition Analyst
whose main objective will be to ensure the efficient attraction and selection of high-quality talent by applying best practices and advanced talent acquisition techniques. This role will align recruitment strategy with organizational goals, guarantee a positive candidate experience, and contribute to strengthening Turia Services' Employer Brand.

Responsibilities

  • Publish and promote available vacancies across diverse recruitment channels to attract professional talent.
  • Review resumes to verify compliance with position requirements and defined profiles.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability and alignment with hiring needs.
  • Coordinate technical and psychometric assessments relevant to each role.
  • Analyze psychometric test results and prepare interpretation reports.
  • Update tracking information and deliver weekly follow-up reports on active processes in the U.S. and Colombia.
  • Liaise between candidates and the migration team, providing guidance to ensure fulfillment of legal and administrative requirements for visa procedures.
  • Provide feedback and support to both candidates and hiring stakeholders throughout the selection process.
  • Keep selection processes aligned with Employer Brand objectives.
  • Support the closing stage of recruitment, validating consistency between the approved offer and the conditions communicated to the candidate, and escalating any deviations to the appropriate areas for review.

Requirements

  • English level
    B2+ to C1
    .
  • Professional degree in Psychology, Social Work, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Talent acquisition and selection courses are desirable.
  • Training in employer branding and interpretation of psychometric assessments is a plus.
