Product Manager

**Role Description**
As a Product Manager, you will be in charge of a product throughout its product lifecycle. That includes providing the product vision and leadership for the many other roles involved in developing, supporting, marketing and selling the product. Also, you will work out what customers want, helping the business to build the right product and ensuring the product supports the company’s strategy and goals.

**Main responsibilities**

1. Defining a vision for a product and metrics for success

2. Translate business strategy into product strategy

3. Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.

4. Evaluating opportunities to grow and determining what gets built and delivered to customers

5. Monitoring the market, competitors and developing competitive analyses.

6. Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services

7. Own the product roadmap

8. Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources

9. Develop product pricing and positioning strategies

10. Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues

**Requireme**nts**
- Minimum 2 years experience in product development or management role
- Bachelor of Engineering
- Experienced using tools and strategies, such as interviews, Design Thinking, Impact Mapping
- Experienced on test a product hypothesis through methodologies such as Scrum or XP
- Knowledge of prototyping tools such as Figma, Canva, Sketch or Adobe XD
- Desirable experience using software such as Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Excel, etc.
