**What You’ll Do**
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team and help us deliver innovative and engaging customer experience solutions to our clients. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, creating compelling product messaging and positioning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch and promote our products.
You'll report to the Vice President of Marketing.
**During a Typical Day, You’ll**
- Create and update product collateral, such as website copy, brochures, case studies, white papers, and sales presentations
- Plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and events to generate demand and awareness
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and optimize them based on data
**What You Bring to the Role**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing in the customer experience or technology industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft and deliver compelling stories
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about customer experience and technology
