**Tasks**:
- Develop brand loyalty and increase website traffic and sales through communication.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the execution of brand communication, creating, editing and briefing to ensure sharp content, adequate to our audiences.
- Create and keep a creative campaign calendar. Research on product’s events for best timing.
- Work together with the digital marketing / growth team providing key insights from both industry and business.
- Understand and test the product with frequency to constantly provide IT with ideas for improvements on UX/UI.
- Lead, design and execute both a fidelity and referral program.
- Develop press partnerships and brand ambassadors, directly/external agencies.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent written and strong presentation skills.
- Experience in e-commerce and in online payment products is a must or from a gaming industry is good to have.
- Empathetic and confident, with an understanding of how user research, data, and instinct play into decision making.
- Proactive, ability to manage several projects & tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills.
- Team player with the ability to work across a matrixed, fast paced, and multicultural environment.
