**What we're looking for**:
We need this position in our team to help us create sales strategies, lead our sales team and ensure they have a proper training, mentorship and motivation in order to reach their KPIs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Researching ways to penetrate new markets
- Train new employees in successful sales techniques
- Develop new sales strategies
- Analyze sales statistics to determine the performances of salespeople
- Track KPIs of sales and monitor employees
- Communicate with customers, department heads, etc.

**Skills/ knowledge Required**:

- Professional level English, both spoken and written.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, a fast thinker, a dynamic and charismatic personality.
- Strong sales abilities, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Leadership & Management skills.
- Results Oriented.
- Team Management
- Previous work experience in a 3PL

**If you come to work with us...**

You're going to be talking to clients and train our sales team to make cold calling, prospecting and pipeline building. You and the whole team will be selling Trans-Pro's full scope of services. You'll support the team to negotiate with shippers and carriers across North America and Mexico, always ensuring an optimal level of service and profit maximization. You'll support the team to sort out client issues and always leave them delighted in the end, because you're brilliant at customer service and problem solving

This is a permanent full-time position; it is required to work at the Medellin office (work shift from M-F: 8 am to 5 pm).

**Salary**: 3'000.000 to 4'000.000 COP
