Sales Development Representative (SDR)
who thrives in outbound conversations, enjoys speaking with business owners, and knows how to qualify real opportunities, not just book meetings.
If you're process-driven, confident on the phone, and motivated by performance while still valuing stability, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Book qualified demo calls with decision-makers for the OnTime ITS platform
- Follow up with inbound leads from webinars, demos, and content
- Execute cold and warm outbound outreach via phone, LinkedIn, and email
- Qualify prospects based on:
- Business type and size
- Pain points and operational challenges
- Readiness and timeline to buy
- Schedule demos directly onto the sales calendar and ensure strong show-up rates
- Maintain accurate CRM records with clear notes, objections, and lead status
- Provide feedback to the sales team on demo outcomes and lead quality
Who We're Looking For
- Fluent English speaker with a **clear or neutral accent** (native or near-native)
- Comfortable speaking with **business owners and administrators**
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Experience in **SDR, BDR, appointment setting, or outbound sales** preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes
- Motivated by performance, but values a **stable base salary** over commission-only roles
