**Sales Manager - Remote (Buenos Aires, Lima, or Medellín)**
Blue Collar Scholars Landscaping & Construction
We are looking for a **Sales Manager** to lead and support our growing sales team This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills, a deep interest in learning sales strategies, and a passion for delivering top-notch service in the landscaping and construction industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and assist the sales team in achieving their goals.
- Fully learn and understand all of the landscaping and construction services we offer.
- Study and implement Jack Daly's sales system to develop a high-performing sales process.
- Train and mentor sales representatives to improve their skills and performance.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and convert them into clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
**Requirements**:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to learn and implement new sales methodologies, particularly Jack Daly’s system.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in sales, preferably in landscaping, construction, or a related industry.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle client concerns effectively.
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM software and data analysis tools.
