- Contract: Permanent (Contrato a término indefinido)_
- 100% On-site | BPO Industry_

**Key Responsibilities**
- 2+ Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a relevant sales/client-facing role.+5 accounts
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and respect.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively.
Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously.

**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**
- Excellent communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and client-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (preferred).
