Regional Director of Client Partnerships and Global

**The Role**:
Regional Director of Client Partnerships Latin America and Global Government partnerships - with deep knowledge and network within the Higher Education space with experience of working with LATAM region universities as well regional Ministries, government and research bodies.
Taking responsibility for your own portfolio of clients you will implement and deliver on a wide range of operational and consultative sales activities to achieve personal and company revenue targets.
Managing of sales staff (remotely) to ensure they follow company policy and reach their annual goals and objectives.
Through a combination of account management, regular and considered client outreach and a diligent and entrepreneurial approach to client acquisition you will help to deliver a personalized and highly satisfactory customer experience for our university partner and clients.
**Key responsibilities**:
- You will have your own quota of existing clients and will be expected to deliver a personal revenue target through a combination of account management and new client acquisition
- You will update and maintain a thorough record of your customer interaction in our CRM system help to build and deliver a personalized experience based on client preference and ensure your team are managing an effective sales pipeline
- You will be accustomed to sharing practice in your client approach and be adept at working collaboratively with all teams to improve the client experience
- Use your own initiative to scale up your own client quota and develop innovative approaches and strategies that will enable the sales teams to improve client acquisition
- Work closely with product teams to ensure we give client feedback and ensure we are delivering customer need to ensure renewals.
**Personal Attributes**:
- Deep knowledge and network of the Higher Education space in the EECA/APAC region
- Strong network with University - Rectors, Deans, Recruitment leads and industry leadership and influencers
- Proven track record of experience of working with Governments and research bodies
- Experience working at regulatory body and associations serving the Higher Education community
- Knowledge of multi-channel international university recruitment strategies in the relevant markets
- Detailed understanding of digital recruitment products and value propositions
- Strong sales process experience (and sales management practices for mgmt. roles) including pipeline and opportunity management, forecasting, territory and account planning, multi-channel client communication, client relationship building and account management.
**Skills Required**:
- Prior experience in Sales or business development leadership.
- Educated to a degree or equivalent level - Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.
- Proficient use and understanding of Netsuite CRM and a data-driven approach to work.
- Bi-lingual English is required and Spanish other regional language an advantage
