Job Description
Position Summary/Objective:
The Director of Sales will identify and develop corporate relationships utilizing creativity, marketing knowledge and negotiation skills to close new corporate partnerships regionally and nationally. This desired position will work remotely and be required to travel periodically to PBR events and business meetings.
The Director of Sales will execute all local and regional sales initiatives, positioning PBR as a must have property. He / She will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Marketing, remote marketing managers and their respective teams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for national and regional partnerships for the Unleash the Beast Tour, PBR Team Series and Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour.
- Work with internal team to establish sales campaigns for national and regional brands
- Develop relationships with existing national and regional partners
- Research individual markets and geo-targeted brands
- Monitor competitions and local events for potential partners
- Use marketing data to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency by using relevant sales approach in each market and region
- Lead Qualification: Sales calls to qualify leads
- Inventory Management: Manage, track, document and protect inventory used for partnership marketing
- Sales Support Information: Collecting, processing, organizing, and presenting relevant data to support sales initiatives.
- Work with the Sales Team Coordinator to create high-level sales presentations
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
- Must function at a high level in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities
- Self-sufficient, proactive, and solutions oriented
- Proven record of prospecting and sales success
- An advanced understanding of marketing and the ability to amplify a brand’s message while assisting in building brand equity
- Microsoft Office Suite; Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel
- Google Suite; Google Docs, Google Sheets
Education & Formal Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or related field
- preferred
**Experience**:
- Five (5) or more years of experience in sales or related marketing experience preferred
Working Conditions:
- Normal office hours Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to travel as required
- This is a remote position where specific PBR Unleash the Beast and PBR Team Series locations are preferred.
