- Organize business and personal travel (bookings, itineraries, documentation)
- Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports
- Manage physical and digital filing of important documents
**Personal Support**:
- Coordinate domestic services and maintenance
- Manage medical and personal appointments
- Organize social and family events
- Make purchases and run personal errands when necessary
- Act as liaison with service providers
- Communication and Translation:
- Serve as interpreter in meetings and calls when required
- Translate official documents and correspondence
- Attend to visitors and clients in both languages
- Coordinate with international teams
**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an executive or personal assistant
- Demonstrable experience in corporate environment
