**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and professional **Bilingual Virtual Receptionist** to join our team. This role is crucial in enhancing our customer experience by greeting visitors via video at our headquarters while efficiently managing various administrative tasks during downtime.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors and clients via video conferencing with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks during slower periods.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming virtual environment.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Perform data entry and manage documents as required.
- Collaborate with various teams to streamline administrative processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using video conferencing tools and other office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
