Role responsibilities- Provides direction to our commercial partners in the Spanish Latam region (South America, Central America, and the Caribbean) in order to maximize their efficiency and effectiveness in the commercialization of LivaNova’s Cardiopulmonary and Neuromodulation portfolios.- Quarterly Forecasting and Distributor business reviews to formulate business plans, including setting objectives and strategies for each territory in line with LivaNova’s business plan.- Work closely with distributors and internal stakeholders in the preparation of contracts, tenders and competitive bids for each territory.- Achieve revenue and profit targets as well as P&L management.- Build and maintain strong working relationships with all key customer stakeholders.- Coordinate distributor activities with LivaNova’s functional areas: Regulatory, Legal, Marketing, Clinical, Commercial Operations, Commercial Excellence, Quality, Ethics & Integrity.
Minimum requirements:
- Location: Reside or be willing to relocate on your own to Colombia or Chile.- Education: Bs in Management, Marketing, Business Administration or International business degree.- Experience: 7 + years of proven market development/commercial/sales background in the healthcare industry (pharma or med devices). Ideally in Mexico, Chile and Peru.- Languages: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.- Travel: Ability to travel up to 75% in the region.- Skills: Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
