**About the job**

As an Event Graphic & Multimedia Designer at Tether, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually compelling assets for events, campaigns, and multimedia platforms. Working closely with marketing, business development, and external collaborators, you will ensure a cohesive brand identity while delivering designs that captivate and engage our audiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design event graphics, multimedia presentations, and print materials to support Tether’s global initiatives.
- Create and refine visual content for landing pages, social media banners, campaign imagery, and video assets across multiple platforms.
- Develop and execute innovative design concepts for Tether’s diverse units, focusing on fintech and communication technologies.
- Produce high-quality print materials, ensuring precision and attention to detail in all deliverables.
- Tailor content specifically for each communication channel, enhancing audience engagement and traffic.
- Share design ideas and insights with the team, contributing to the overall success of marketing campaigns.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong focus on event and multimedia design.
- Expertise in creating print materials, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
- Proficiency in using graphic AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and Pika Labs.
- Demonstrated modern design portfolio showcasing event and multimedia projects.
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, Facebook, Keet) and content strategies.
- Fluent English communication skills, Spanish / Italian is a bonus
- Advanced proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite (After Effects is a plus).
- Strong understanding of branding and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to challenges and a passion for innovation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with flexibility and efficiency.
