JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and help us drive creative excellence in the automotive marketing space. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent technical skills, and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs. You will work on a variety of projects, producing high-quality graphics for various platforms, including print, digital, and social media and more, to effectively communicate our brand message and client assets needed to support the services we provide.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and design creative concepts for the company's marketing materials, including, social media assets, brand assets to be used in video editing in order to be cohesive in brand communication, blog graphics, banners, website mockups, and any overall asset needed to be designed internally.
• Create creative assets for client needs to support our services, including, DRA Frames, Event Frames, Website Sliders, Monthly offer ads, Postcard Designs, Special requests like brochures, cards, flyers, etc, Banners and Billboards, Monthly newsletters, amazon ads, and any other request needed.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications.
• Collaborate with the CSM team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.

Salary: up to $1,200/month depending on experience
