The Senior Graphic Designer / Studio Lead is responsible for delivering high-quality visual concepts and leading the creative development of communication and marketing materials across digital and traditional media. This role provides day-to-day studio leadership, ensuring design quality, workflow efficiency, and alignment with SGS brand guidelines. The Senior Graphic Designer contributes creative direction, oversees production standards, mentors junior designers, and supports global and regional stakeholders in achieving communication and business objectives. Responsibilities Lead the design and production of communication materials, including brochures, presentations, infographics, posters, newsletters, digital assets, and event materials. Guide creative concept development, ensuring strong visual direction and consistency across all deliverables. Oversee daily studio operations: assign tasks, balance workloads, review design outputs, and maintain production timelines. Ensure all materials follow SGS brand guidelines, technical specifications, and global creative standards. Collaborate with copywriters, marketing leads, and subject-matter experts to develop accurate and compelling materials. Provide mentorship, feedback, and technical guidance to Graphic Designers. Review and approve design drafts, ensuring high accuracy, quality, and readiness for deployment (print-ready, digital-ready, source files). Participate in project discussions and provide creative recommendations that support communication objectives. Maintain consistent documentation, templates, naming conventions, and file-management standards. Coordinate with the Brand Manager, Head of Marketing, and other leaders on priority initiatives. Perform additional tasks aligned with Creative Services requirements and management direction. Ensure the work area in GBS is always kept clean and presentable.
