Position Overview We are looking for a Graphic Designer (Illustration). Their main focus is creative excellence, managing the internal design team, and producing high-impact marketing assets. The ideal candidate must have experience in agencies or multinational companies, possesses a clinical eye for detail ("Pixel Perfect"), and combines world-class graphic design skills with video editing and mastery of Artificial Intelligence tools. Key Responsibilities Ensure the quality and consistency of all graphic deliverables. Design high-level graphic pieces (images, banners, promotional material) with a quality standard comparable to major technology brands. Video Editing and Production: Create and edit engaging short videos for marketing campaigns and social media. AI Integration: Use Generative Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize design processes, prompting, and the creation of innovative concepts. Deeply understand product technical specifications (large format printing, trade shows) to ensure the design adapts perfectly to the final physical result. Periodically provide suggestions to improve products and service quality. Recommend potential products or services to management by analyzing client needs. Profile Requirements Proven track record as a Graphic Designer, preferably in advertising agencies, multinational companies (US-based), or event/printing industries. Attention to Detail: Critical ability to detect errors and ensure work meets exact specifications from the start. Essential Technical Skills: – Expert mastery of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator). – Video Editing: Solid experience in creation and editing (Premiere, After Effects, or similar). – AI Usage: Demonstrable experience integrating AI into creative workflows. Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of how design drives sales and digital marketing. Language: Advanced English (fluent for internal communication with the leadership team in the US). Soft Skills Growth mindset and long-term job stability. High productivity and ability to work under pressure (agency pace). Innovative creativity and excellent aesthetic judgment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
