We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Designer to lead our creative efforts and ensure brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic and digital design. Bilingual, English and Spanish proficiency is a must for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborative Meetings:
    Participate in weekly meetings to discuss project timelines, updates, and design requirements. Provide on-the-spot design work or brainstorming during specific meetings as needed.
  • Packaging Design:
    Develop packaging concepts. Create visually appealing packaging designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance product appeal.
  • Presentation Design:
    Develop visually consistent and engaging presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Brand Consistency:
    Maintain brand standards. Ensure that all design assets and marketing materials adhere to established brand guidelines across all platforms.
  • File Management:
    Maintain an organized digital archive of all design files, ensuring easy access and consistency in brand materials.
  • Vendor Interaction:
    Collaborate with print shops, packaging manufacturers, and other vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of design materials.
  • Social Media Posts:
    Create social media visuals. Design eye-catching graphics and visuals tailored to each social media platform, maintaining brand consistency.
  • Web Design:
    Collaborate on digital assets. Design and optimize web graphics, banners, and other digital assets, ensuring they are visually aligned with brand standards.
  • Print Collateral:
    Create brochures, flyers, banners, and other print materials that effectively communicate brand messaging.
  • General Design Needs:
    Address various design needs, including creating mailings, email templates, infographics, signage, and event booth designs.

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (a must).
  • Extensive experience in graphic and digital design.
  • Strong understanding of brand consistency and design standards.
  • Proven ability to manage and create engaging social media content.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with vendors and managing production timelines.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a creative team.
