Marketing Specialist

You will collaborate closely with both internal teams and external agencies, ensuring seamless execution across diverse business units and vendor partners.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the implementation of **sales enablement campaigns** and programs, ensuring alignment with TD SYNNEX's go-to-market strategy.
- Develop and manage **educational content** to drive sales growth and strengthen partner relationships.
- Oversee partnerships with **external agencies**, coordinating the creation of strategic materials, campaigns, and assets.
- Monitor campaign performance, providing **actionable insights** and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate internal and external communication among marketing, sales, and partners to ensure efficient execution of initiatives.
- Coordinate webinars, digital content schedules, and assets aligned with **commercial objectives**.
- Collaborate with Vendor Managers and regional marketing teams to align enablement programs with strategic priorities.
- Manage **campaign budgets**, working with stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and maximize impact.

**Key Requirements**
- ** 2-4 years of experience** in marketing or similar roles focused on campaign execution and management.
- ** Advanced English** proficiency, with regular interaction with global teams and international stakeholders.
- ** Portuguese** is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in working with external agencies and managing **campaign budgets**.
- Strong **project management and organizational skills**, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- A **proactive attitude** with a growth mindset, able to quickly adapt to shifting business priorities and strategies.
