**Job Title: Product Marketing Specialist**

Pro Coffee Gear, a rapidly expanding e-commerce company specializing in coffee equipment, is looking for a passionate and results-driven Product Marketing Specialist to join our team. This remote role is pivotal in driving product awareness, developing marketing strategies, and enhancing customer engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Report to and collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Manager to develop and implement product marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and messaging.
- Create compelling product messaging, positioning, and documentation for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure product launches are successful and resonate with our target audience.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and enhancements, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize messaging.
- Organize and facilitate product training and internal communication to ensure all stakeholders are knowledgeable about product features and benefits.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product updates and enhancements, ensuring we meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to continuously improve our product offerings and marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product marketing or a similar role, preferably within the e-commerce or consumer goods sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and crafting compelling marketing content.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and align stakeholders around product vision and objectives.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for coffee and understanding of the coffee industry is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with SEO best practices and how they relate to product marketing.
- Understanding of customer journey mapping and user experience principles.

**Bonus**:

- Proven track record of successfully launching products and driving category growth.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
