As a **Logistics Operations Support, **you will analyze, interpret data, and provide logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Provide accurate information and updates regarding shipments, delivery schedules, and any related concerns.
- Conduct activity mapping exercises to optimize processes for Tech-enabled Talent.
- Provide support in defining activities for our Flex program initiatives.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Studies**:High School Degree is **required**. Desirable (but not required) studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or Logistics related. Other studies are also considered.
- **Experience**: At least 6 months of experience working in bilingual customer service, back office, operations, logistics, tracking shipments or related.
- **Language**: Excellent English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

**Perks**:

- **Schedule: Monday to Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.,** following the American Calendar.** **During the first weeks (training period), the schedule will be Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Location**: Only for **Medellín**. This position will be** on-site **at **WeWork Santa Fe Medellín.**:

- **Salary**:$ 2'600.000 COP + Transportation Allowance ($ 162.000 COP) + Night Surcharge ($ 80.000 COP approx.).
