**Job title**: Logistics Coordinator/ Router

**Location**: Medellin

A Logistics Coordinator, or Logistics Specialist Coordinator, prepares, routes and manages a company's purchase orders. Their main duties include reviewing shipment materials before distribution, collaborating with transportation systems to ensure prompt shipment pick-ups, and monitoring shipment costs and production processes.

A successful logistics coordinator should be able to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations. You should also be able to promptly resolve distribution issues and have strong negotiation skills

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing all supply chain operations.
- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
- Analyzing and optimizing logístical procedures.
- Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and retailers.

**Requirements**:

- B2+ - C1 level of English
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (High level of excel) and/or logistics software.
