Job Summary**Responsabilidades**:
1. Ejecutar el proceso y los procedimientos necesarios en la operación diaria de importación, exportación y ordenes de distribución local.
2. Comprender y aplicar los fundamentos de las importaciones y exportaciones, así como las regulaciones locales y los estándares IFF.
3. Mantener una comunicación efectiva con el agente de aduanas, el transportista marítimo, las aerolíneas, los agentes de carga y todas las partes interesadas involucradas en el proceso de liberación de la carga.
Comunicar la información de entrega de productos a las áreas interesadas y utilizar las herramientas y procedimientos adecuados para ello.
Realizar el seguimiento al proceso de importación / exportación de principio a fin en todas las etapas, como solicitar el envío del material cuando esté disponible, el transporte internacional, el proceso de despacho de aduanas y la llegada al almacén.
Recibir y revisar en detalle la documentación de las operaciones de importación enviada por los proveedores asegurando que no haya discrepancias y en caso tal gestionar con quien corresponda los cambios antes de la llegada de la mercancía.
Ayudar en la resolución de problemas de la cadena de suministro. Revisar las facturas y hacer seguimiento a los pagos de los proveedores relacionados con las operaciones de importación, exportación, almacenamiento y distribución (transporte).
