Job Title: Senior Technical Recruiter specializing in End to End Recruitments

Department: Operations / Logistics

Location: Bogota

Reports to: Fulfilment Manager / Operations Manager

Job Summary

The Fulfilment Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily order fulfilment process to ensure that all customer orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This role serves as a key link between warehouse operations, customer service, and logistics to maintain smooth and efficient order flow.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor daily order fulfilment activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
- Review and process customer orders, ensuring data accuracy and inventory availability.
- Liaise with warehouse teams to prioritize and schedule picking, packing, and dispatching of orders.
- Communicate with shipping carriers and manage logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Track and resolve order discrepancies, delays, or issues with inventory or shipment.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, shipments, and returns.
- Collaborate with customer service to provide order status updates and resolve fulfilment-related inquiries.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fulfilment and inventory reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and quality control procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in order fulfilment, logistics coordination, or warehouse operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP or WMS systems.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions

- Primarily office-based with regular time spent in the warehouse or fulfilment center.
